Delete your account

You can delete your TechnoMart account at any time. The same account is used on technomart.co.za and in the TechnoMart app.

In the app

Open the TechnoMart app, go to Account, then Delete account. Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@technomart.co.za from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign in, name, phone number and saved addresses
• Your cart, saved items, devices, repairs, reviews, points and notifications

What we keep

South African tax law requires us to keep order records for at least 5 years. We keep your past orders with your name, email, phone and street address removed, so they no longer identify you. Questions you asked about products stay on the product page under “Former customer”.

If you have an order on its way, we can delete your account once it has been delivered. Unpaid orders are cancelled.
