1. Who we are

TechnoMart is operated by Atlas Consulting Group, a company registered in South Africa. References to "we", "us", or "TechnoMart" refer to Atlas Consulting Group.

2. Using the site

By accessing or using technomart.co.za you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

All product details, prices, and stock levels are shown in good faith but may change without notice. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Stock availability is subject to confirmation when your order is processed; if a product becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

An order is only accepted once we have received full payment and confirmed availability. Payments are processed by Peach Payments, a licensed South African payment provider. We do not store your card details on our servers.

5. Delivery

We deliver across South Africa via tracked courier. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days; express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. Free delivery applies to orders over R3,000.

6. Returns and warranty

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. All products carry the full manufacturer warranty. Contact us on WhatsApp or email support@technomart.co.za to start a return or warranty claim.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or any product purchased through it is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The South African courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
